Shin Jin Kang is an associate in the Tax group at McQuarrie. His practice focuses on tax planning, tax dispute resolution, and tax litigation.

Shin Jin obtained his JD from the University of Alberta, where he was involved in several volunteer programs, including Student Legal Services, Edmonton Community Legal Centre, and Civil Claims Duty Counsel.

Before joining McQuarrie, Shin Jin articled at a boutique tax law firm in Toronto, earned his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of British Columbia, and then practiced in tax at an international law firm in downtown Vancouver. Shin Jin is also fluent in Korean.
