Puneet Sooch
Puneet is a solicitor in our Business Law and Real Estate group. She assists clients on a wide range of matters including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, land development, commercial leasing, negotiating and drafting service agreements, commercial lending, and the purchase and sale of businesses.
Puneet joined McQuarrie as a summer student in 2018. Upon completion of her articles, Puneet joined McQuarrie as an Associate.
Puneet was born and raised in British Columbia and is passionate about her roots in Surrey. Having worked in her family-owned business from a young age, Puneet brings a unique perspective and pragmatic approach to her practice.
Puneet has strong ties to her community. In 2015, she received Surrey’s Top 25 Under 25 Award in recognition of her volunteerism and business achievements.
Puneet is fluent in English and Punjabi and is also conversant in Hindi.
