Dan is an associate in McQuarrie Hunter LLP's Litigation Practice Groups. He has an active practice with an emphasis on commercial litigation, personal injury and employment law.

Dan has acted or assisted at all levels of court in British Columbia on a variety of interlocutory, trial and appeal matters, as well as at administrative tribunals and the Federal Court of Canada.

Dan's practice is focused primarily on commercial litigation involving a broad variety of matters such as land/real estate, construction, builders' liens, contracts, joint ventures, and shareholder and partnership disputes. He has acted for, or assisted, many well-known companies and individuals throughout Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

Dan's personal injury practice is focused primarily on services to individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents or occupiers liability disputes.

Dan has acted for both employers and employees on a variety of employment and human rights matters.

As part of his experience, Dan has resolved actions through various forms of alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation. He works to provide effective advocacy and representation for all types of clients and disputes.
